- Please prepare file in format PDF. Please make sure all images are EMBED and all font are CREATE OUTLINE in adobe illustrator before save as PDF file.
- Once a print job has been approved by you and status of job “PROCESSING” on the Site, NO CHANGE ARE ALLOWED to the artwork files
- COLLECT DATE: 1 working day for good ready to collect or postage (Not include postage day by courier company)
- ORDER TIME: Please place order before 3pm (Monday-Friday only). Order after 3pm, will counted as order of next working day.
- Please confirm the right material & specification before placing your order.
- Each design need prepare in separate fill with complete Cutting Line & 2mm bleeding.
- The outcome of colour of the printed product will always differ from the original artwork 5%-10%. As the printer print on CMYK mode while your design view on your PC or phone is in RGB with light of the device
- For repeat order item, due to different setting of printer on certain time due (usage of printer), there will be slightly different on the colour about 1%-2%. We will try to follow as close to the artwork given to us.
- Cancellation of order: We regret to inform that orders cannot be cancelled once place. Kindly ensure you have checked and validated all details and information before you proceed with payment.
- NO CHARGE for urgent order as we try to complete all sticker order at the same day. But if the quantity too large, it will take 2 day to complete. Please contact us if you need urgent sticker. We try do our best for our agent.
