Please note that your use of the sticknow.com.my site (the “Site”) constitutes your unconditional agreement to follow and be bound by these Terms and Conditions. Although you may “bookmark” a particular portion of this Site and thereby bypass this Agreement, your use of this Site still binds you to these Terms and Conditions. STICKNOW reserves the right to update or modify these Terms and Conditions at any time without prior notice to you, and we encourage you to review these Terms and Conditions whenever you use this Site.
Terms and Conditions of Order
Certain circumstances are beyond our control and are not covered by this guarantee. Please note that we cannot be responsible for:
File Submissions
- Spelling, punctuation, or grammatical errors made by you.
- Inferior quality or low-resolution of uploaded images.
- Design errors or color selection errors introduced in the artwork file creation process submitted by you.
- Errors in user-selected options such product type, size, finishing options, or quantity.
- Incorrect dimensions, image orientation, or file submission in accordance with S&Y Printing specifications.
- Color match guarantee without a hardcopy proof approval.
- Delivery delays due to improperly prepared files.
- Duplicate orders by the customer.
- Incorrect file layout for folding, scoring, holes drilling, die cutting or other custom services.
Artwork Files
If the artwork does not receive by our side/ the artwork does not met our requirement or any other problem that we have to hold your order, processing day will be pause until we receive your working artwork, processing day will start calculating by the day we receive your artwork.
You are responsible for the accuracy of your print-ready artwork files, and you must proofread all files carefully before submitting to STICKNOW. Please use our file preparation guidelines and product templates to assist you in creating print-ready files.
You certify that you have the right to use the image(s) in your artwork files. DO NOT send any “one-of-kind” transparencies, prints or artwork. Although we take every precaution to safeguard your materials, we are NOT responsible for loss or damage of images or artwork.
We only accept PDF file formats. If you insist using any other file formats, we will convert it to PDF without prior notice, we are not responsible for any loss or damage of images or artwork that occurs in conversions from any other file formats to PDF files formats.
Please make sure all image are EMBED and all font are CREATE OUTLINE in adobe aillustrator before save as PDF.
Under these Terms and Conditions, you agree that you will NOT upload any artwork files consisting of the following material:
Any material that could give rise to any civil or criminal liability under applicable law; and any material that could infringe rights of privacy, publicity, copyrights or other intellectual property rights without the permission of the owner of these rights and the persons who are shown in the material if applicable.
All of the finished goods may not be 100% in actual sizesome of it will be differences in 0.5 inches – 2 inches due to the different type of finishing, size of material and product.

Payment
All prices and amounts shown on this Site are in Malaysia Ringgit (MYR), unless otherwise noted. If a User submits a request on the Site to purchase printing products or other services, the User agrees that all charges, taxes and shipping and processing fees will automatically be charged to the credit card or paid by User with an approved payment method. Such amounts will be posted on this Site.
Once a print job has been approved by you and status of job “PROCESSING” on the Site, NO CHANGE ARE ALOOWED to the artwork files, job characteristics, or printing turnaround time. After a print job has been sent to STICKNOW production department, you are responsible for paying the entire amount of that print job along with applicable taxes, shipping, and processing fees, unless otherwise noted.
All orders received are subject to bank authorization prior to processing. Only authorized orders will be processed. Your order will be ready once we have received full payment within 3-4 working days.
Cancellation of order
We regret to inform that orders cannot be cancelled once placed. Kindly ensure you have checked and validated all details and information before you proceed with payment.
Out of Stock Items
We strive to deliver your order within the delivery time stipulated. However please note that in the event of stock unavailability of items ordered. We may need to source from other stock locations. We will inform you within 2-3 business days and we seek your kind understanding in the delay.
Shipping & Postage
Postage charges will be applied on certain product in our website. We will assign courier company J&T as our regular shipping company to deliver product to our customer. Please check the airwaybill given by our side in your email to track your product delivery. As shipping we outsource to the third party, we are not able to control the timing of delivery the product to you. Your kind understanding on this matter are really being appreciate.
Proof of Delivery
As we used third party on shipping the product. Proof of delivery will be in term of the airwaybill given in your email.
Price variation
Price estimates are based on the STICKNOW current costs of production and, unless otherwise agreed, are subject to amendment on or at any time after acceptance, where such amendment is required in order to meet any rise or fall in such costs.
Printing Turnaround Time
Printing turnaround time begins (working day) once your order has been placed and your print-ready files have been uploaded to your account, attached to your printing job, and approved for printing. If you ordered a rush job, printing turnaround time begins when we receive approval for your proof. Please note that if we are unable to print your files because they do not conform to our file requirements, your job will be hold and your printing turnaround time will be reset.
For printing jobs that do not have complete digital source files provided, printing turnaround begins when we have your print-ready file(s) for your print job, not from when the order is first submitted.
If your job or proof is approved before 3:00 p.m., printing turnaround time begins that business day. Please note that STICKNOW offices are closed on Sundays and major holidays (Saturday, Half day).
As a result, these days are not considered when calculating printing turnaround time. In addition, printing turnaround time does not include shipping transit time, and you should allow additional business days for postage.
For same day job, (if you have LARGE QUANITITY) you need to send us your artwork and full payment before 1pm,your order will be ready to collect after 6pm on the same day, for urgent job, (Normal order) you need to send us your artwork and full payment before 3pm,your order will be ready to collect after 3pm on the next day, we will charge extra 30%-50% for rush job. Pick-up orders will be held for 60 days at our facility. After 60 days, we will recycle your order.
Termination of Usage
User access to all or part of this Site may be terminated or suspended at any time, without notice and for any reason.
